Project Overview

Green Dimension was engaged by Modern Building Leaders to deliver integrated waste-management services for the CEER Motors Manufacturing Project in King Abdullah Economic City.

The project required a scalable waste-management operation capable of handling the diverse waste streams generated during the construction of a major automotive manufacturing facility. Green Dimension provided large-capacity waste skips, scheduled and on-demand collection, transportation, recycling coordination, treatment routing and compliant final disposal.

The initial scope ran under purchase order 2410176 from 20 December 2024 to 20 November 2025, and was extended for continuing waste-removal services at the site.

The Waste-Management Requirement

Large industrial construction projects generate substantial and continuously changing waste volumes across civil works, structural activities, and temporary facilities.

The CEER Motors Manufacturing Project required coordinated management of high-volume construction debris, recoverable materials, general mixed waste, sewage, and hazardous industrial waste.

The program required a structured site-wide system for container deployment, segregation, collection scheduling, transportation, routing and documented final handling.

Green Dimension’s Integrated Scope

Green Dimension delivered an end-to-end waste-management framework tailored to the scale and operating conditions of the project.

Scope Includes:

  • Site waste assessment & stream identification
  • 20-yard skip & 20 CY container deployment
  • Scheduled and on-demand collection & loading
  • Recycling coordination for wood, plastic & cardboard
  • Hazardous & regulated medical waste handling
  • Liquid waste & sewage tanker services
  • Treatment routing & final disposal coordination
  • Shipment documentation & disposal certification

This integrated model gave the project team a single waste-management partner across multiple waste categories and disposal routes.

Container Deployment & Construction Waste

Green Dimension supplied 20-yard skips and 20 CY containers on a monthly rental and per-trip haulage basis to support continuous collection across the project site.

Civil, structural, and installation activities generated concrete, wood, plastic, cardboard, paper, and general mixed debris which were collected through the skip network and routed appropriately.

Container Deployment Benefits

  • Check Continuous construction activity support
  • Check Controlled waste accumulation
  • Check Reduced container overflow risk
  • Check Faster waste removal across zones
  • Check Better separation of recyclables

Construction & Demolition Streams

  • Check Concrete & masonry residues
  • Check Wood & timber waste
  • Check Plastics & packaging
  • Check Cardboard & paper
  • Check General mixed construction waste

Hazardous & Medical Waste Scope

  • Check Regulated medical waste stream
  • Check Hazardous industrial materials
  • Check Licensed hazardous transportation
  • Check Treatment facility routing & certification

Sewage & Liquid Waste Scope

  • Check Workforce camp sewage removal
  • Check Vacuum tanker mobilization
  • Check Controlled containment & transport
  • Check Approved receiving facility delivery

Industrial, Hazardous & Liquid Waste

Regulated industrial waste, including medical waste, was segregated from general construction materials and transported using licensed vehicles to approved treatment endpoints.

Temporary construction facilities and workforce operations generated sewage and wastewater that required regular collection via vacuum tankers.

Hazardous & Liquid Management Features:
Check Segregation from non-hazardous streams
Check Licensed specialized transportation
Check Environmental remediation support
Check Chain of custody documentation

Environmental Cleanup & Remediation Support

The project required environmental support for site conditions extending beyond routine skip collection, including controlled removal and specialized routing for affected or contaminated site materials.

This allowed unusual or higher-risk site requirements to be incorporated into the wider waste-management program without disrupting routine operations.

Initial Scope & Continuing Services

Green Dimension delivered the initial waste-management scope under purchase order 2410176 (20 December 2024 – 20 November 2025).

The purchase order was subsequently extended for continuing waste-removal services supporting ongoing construction and operational needs at the site.

Project Significance

The CEER Motors Manufacturing Project demonstrates Green Dimension’s ability to manage waste at the scale and complexity required by a major industrial construction program.

Rather than engaging separate contractors for general waste, hazardous waste, sewage, recycling and environmental support, the client coordinated multiple waste streams through one integrated operational framework.
